This Acceptable Use Policy explains the standards of conduct expected from all motorists, parking operators, businesses, property owners, and other users of the EZZYPARK Platform.

By accessing or using EZZYPARK, you agree to comply with this Policy.

1. Purpose of This Policy

EZZYPARK is committed to providing a safe, reliable, and trustworthy marketplace where customers can reserve parking spaces from independent parking operators.

All users are expected to use the Platform responsibly, respectfully, and in compliance with applicable laws and regulations.

2. Lawful Use

Compliance with Laws

Users must use EZZYPARK only for lawful purposes and comply with all applicable local, national, and international laws and regulations.

Users must not use the Platform to engage in illegal, fraudulent, deceptive, or unauthorized activities.

3. Respectful Conduct

Professional Behaviour

All users are expected to communicate respectfully and professionally before, during, and after every reservation.

The following conduct is prohibited:

  • Harassment, intimidation, or threats.
  • Abusive, offensive, or discriminatory language.
  • Hate speech.
  • Defamatory or misleading statements.
  • Impersonating another individual, business, or parking operator.

Customers and parking operators should maintain respectful communication at all times.

4. Accurate Information

Honest Accounts and Listings

Customers and parking operators must provide accurate, complete, and truthful information.

Parking operators must not:

  • Misrepresent parking availability.
  • Publish misleading parking rates or facility information.
  • Falsify permits, licenses, or business credentials.
  • Misrepresent operating hours or parking restrictions.
  • Publish false customer testimonials or reviews.

Customers must provide accurate:

  • Vehicle information.
  • License plate details where required.
  • Reservation dates and times.
  • Contact information.

5. Parking Facilities

Operator Responsibilities

Independent parking operators are solely responsible for:

  • Parking facility operations.
  • Space availability.
  • Pricing.
  • Facility maintenance.
  • Customer service.
  • Security measures.
  • Required permits and licenses.
  • Compliance with applicable laws and local regulations.

Operators must ensure that all information published on EZZYPARK remains accurate, complete, and up to date.

6. Bookings and Payments

Fair Transactions

Users must not:

  • Create fraudulent reservations.
  • Use unauthorized payment methods.
  • Manipulate reservation availability or pricing.
  • Circumvent the Platform to avoid applicable Platform Service Fees.
  • Abuse refunds or chargebacks.
  • Create fake customer or operator accounts.

Parking operators are expected to honor confirmed reservations unless cancellation is permitted under their published policies or due to exceptional circumstances.

7. Vehicle and Property Responsibility

Safe Use of Parking Facilities

Customers are responsible for:

  • Parking only in their assigned or authorized parking space.
  • Following posted parking rules and facility instructions.
  • Ensuring their vehicle is legally registered and roadworthy.
  • Securing personal belongings before leaving the vehicle.
  • Respecting other vehicles and property within the parking facility.

Users must not:

  • Block entrances, exits, fire lanes, or emergency access routes.
  • Damage parking facilities or another person’s property.
  • Use reserved spaces without authorization.
  • Leave hazardous materials or illegal items in parked vehicles.
  • Engage in unlawful activities within parking facilities.

8. Platform Security

Protecting the Platform

Users must not:

  • Attempt unauthorized access to the Platform.
  • Upload malware, viruses, or malicious software.
  • Interfere with Platform functionality.
  • Reverse engineer or exploit the Platform.
  • Use automated tools that negatively affect Platform performance.
  • Attempt to bypass Platform security measures.

9. Reviews and Ratings

Honest Feedback

Reviews and ratings must reflect genuine customer experiences.

Users must not:

  • Publish false or misleading reviews.
  • Manipulate ratings.
  • Offer or accept payment for fake reviews.
  • Harass parking operators or customers through reviews.

EZZYPARK reserves the right to remove reviews that violate this Policy.

10. Independent Parking Operators

Marketplace Relationship

Parking operators using EZZYPARK operate as independent businesses.

They are solely responsible for:

  • Parking facilities.
  • Customer service.
  • Pricing.
  • Facility operations.
  • Security measures.
  • Business permits and licenses.
  • Compliance with applicable laws and regulations.

EZZYPARK serves solely as a technology marketplace and does not supervise, manage, employ, own, or control independent parking operators or their facilities.

11. Enforcement

Violations

Failure to comply with this Acceptable Use Policy may result in one or more of the following actions:

  • Removal of listings or content.
  • Suspension of reservations.
  • Temporary account suspension.
  • Permanent account termination.
  • Cancellation of reservations where appropriate.
  • Reporting unlawful activity to the appropriate authorities.

EZZYPARK reserves the right to investigate suspected violations and take appropriate action to protect the Platform, its users, and its partners.

12. Policy Updates

Changes

We may update this Acceptable Use Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our services, technology, legal requirements, or business practices.

Updated versions become effective upon publication on EZZYPARK.

Continued use of the Platform after any updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Policy.
