Welcome to EZZYPARK (“EZZYPARK”, “we”, “our”, or “us”), a parking reservation marketplace powered by ezzy.ph and owned and operated by EZZYTech IT Solutions.

These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of EZZYPARK, including our website, mobile applications, and all services, products, and features offered through the Platform.

By accessing or using EZZYPARK, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms.

1. About EZZYPARK

Our Platform

EZZYPARK is a technology marketplace that connects motorists with independent parking operators and parking facility providers.

Services available through the Platform may include:

  • Parking space reservations
  • Hourly parking
  • Daily parking
  • Monthly parking
  • Covered parking
  • Open parking
  • Valet parking
  • Event parking
  • Commercial parking
  • Residential parking
  • EV charging parking (where available)
  • Other parking-related services available through the Platform

EZZYPARK serves solely as a technology platform facilitating parking discovery, reservations, communication, and payments between customers and independent parking operators. Unless expressly stated otherwise, EZZYTech IT Solutions does not own, operate, manage, supervise, or control parking facilities listed on the Platform.

2. Eligibility

User Requirements

To use EZZYPARK, you must:

  • Be at least eighteen (18) years old or the age of majority under applicable law.
  • Have the legal capacity to enter into legally binding agreements.
  • Provide accurate, complete, and current account information.
  • Comply with these Terms and all applicable laws.

Parents or legal guardians are responsible for minors using their accounts where permitted by law.

3. User Accounts

Account Responsibilities

You are responsible for:

  • Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
  • All activities conducted under your account.
  • Keeping your account information accurate and up to date.
  • Promptly notifying EZZYPARK of any unauthorized access or suspected security breaches.

EZZYPARK reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

4. Marketplace Services

Reservation Services

EZZYPARK enables users to:

  • Search for available parking facilities.
  • Compare parking locations and rates.
  • Reserve parking spaces.
  • Schedule future parking reservations.
  • Process payments where supported.
  • Receive booking confirmations.
  • Submit reviews and ratings.

Availability may vary depending on location, parking operator participation, occupancy, and applicable regulations.

5. User Responsibilities

Responsible Use

Users agree to:

  • Provide accurate vehicle and reservation information.
  • Arrive within the reserved booking period where applicable.
  • Pay applicable parking fees.
  • Follow the parking facility’s posted rules and operating procedures.
  • Comply with all traffic and parking regulations.
  • Use the Platform lawfully and responsibly.

Customers are responsible for reviewing parking rates, operating hours, vehicle restrictions, cancellation policies, and facility rules before confirming a reservation.

6. Independent Parking Operator Responsibilities

Provider Obligations

Independent parking operators are solely responsible for:

  • Parking facilities.
  • Space availability.
  • Facility operations.
  • Pricing.
  • Safety measures.
  • Customer service.
  • Required permits and licenses.
  • Compliance with applicable laws.

Operators must ensure that all information published on EZZYPARK remains accurate, complete, and current.

Operators acknowledge that they operate as independent businesses and are not employees, agents, or representatives of EZZYTech IT Solutions.

7. Bookings and Payments

Payment Processing

Payments may be processed through authorized third-party payment providers.

Where applicable, EZZYPARK may temporarily hold payments in accordance with the applicable Refund & Cancellation Policy before releasing funds to the independent parking operator.

Where applicable, the Platform Service Fee and any authorized deductions will be applied before the remaining balance is released to the operator.

Reservation fees, parking rates, cancellation policies, overtime charges, and facility rules may vary depending on the parking operator.

8. Platform Service Fees

Partner Fees

EZZYPARK charges a Platform Service Fee of 11% on every completed transaction processed through the Platform.

The Platform Service Fee is automatically deducted before the remaining balance is remitted to the Partner.

The current Platform Service Fee includes payment processing costs and supports:

  • Platform maintenance
  • Secure payment processing
  • Customer support
  • Security and fraud prevention
  • Marketing initiatives
  • Technology infrastructure
  • Continuous platform improvements

Partners remain responsible for their own applicable taxes, permits, licenses, and government obligations.

EZZYPARK reserves the right to revise its Platform Service Fee from time to time. Any changes will be communicated before becoming effective.

9. Reviews and Ratings

Community Reviews

Users may submit reviews based on genuine parking experiences.

Users must not:

  • Publish false or misleading reviews.
  • Manipulate ratings.
  • Harass parking operators or customers.
  • Post defamatory or offensive content.

EZZYPARK reserves the right to remove reviews that violate these Terms.

10. Vehicle and Property Responsibility

Customer Responsibility

Customers are responsible for ensuring that:

  • Their vehicle is legally registered.
  • Their vehicle is parked only in the assigned or authorized parking space.
  • Valuables are secured before leaving the vehicle.
  • They comply with all parking facility rules and regulations.

Unless required by applicable law, EZZYPARK is not responsible for loss of or damage to vehicles or personal property while parked at facilities operated by independent parking providers.

11. Marketplace Disclaimer

Independent Parking Operators

EZZYPARK serves solely as a technology marketplace connecting customers with independent parking operators.

Unless expressly stated otherwise, EZZYTech IT Solutions does not own, employ, supervise, manage, or operate parking facilities listed on the Platform.

Independent parking operators are solely responsible for:

  • Parking services.
  • Facility management.
  • Vehicle access.
  • Security measures.
  • Pricing.
  • Customer service.
  • Permits and licenses.
  • Compliance with applicable laws.

The Platform Service Fee charged by EZZYPARK is solely for operating and improving the Platform and does not constitute payment for parking services provided by EZZYTech IT Solutions.

12. Intellectual Property

Platform Ownership

All trademarks, logos, software, graphics, website content, text, images, videos, databases, and other intellectual property associated with EZZYPARK are owned by EZZYTech IT Solutions or their respective owners.

Users may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, reverse engineer, scrape, or commercially exploit any part of the Platform without prior written permission.

13. Prohibited Activities

Platform Misuse

Users must not:

  • Violate applicable laws.
  • Commit fraud or identity theft.
  • Create fake accounts.
  • Use unauthorized payment methods.
  • Upload malicious software.
  • Attempt unauthorized access.
  • Interfere with Platform operations.
  • Circumvent Platform Service Fees.
  • Manipulate bookings, payments, or reviews.
  • Damage parking facilities or interfere with other customers.

Violations may result in suspension or permanent termination of accounts.

14. Limitation of Liability

Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, EZZYTech IT Solutions shall not be liable for:

  • Parking space availability.
  • Vehicle theft or damage.
  • Loss of personal belongings.
  • Parking operator actions or omissions.
  • Customer-provider disputes.
  • Technical interruptions.
  • Payment disputes beyond our reasonable control.
  • Any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from the use of the Platform.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot legally be excluded under applicable law.

15. Refunds and Cancellations

Refund Policy

Refunds and cancellations are governed by the applicable Refund & Cancellation Policy.

Independent parking operators may establish their own reservation, cancellation, no-show, overtime, or refund policies where permitted by law.

Customers should review these policies before confirming a reservation.

16. Privacy

Privacy Policy

Your use of EZZYPARK is also governed by our:

  • Cookie Policy
  • Acceptable Use Policy

17. Third-Party Services

External Services

EZZYPARK may integrate third-party services including:

  • Payment gateways
  • Mapping and navigation services
  • Cloud hosting providers
  • Analytics services
  • Customer support platforms
  • Communication services

These services operate under their own terms and privacy policies.

18. Suspension and Termination

Account Suspension

EZZYPARK may suspend or terminate accounts that:

  • Violate these Terms.
  • Engage in unlawful conduct.
  • Commit fraud.
  • Compromise Platform security.
  • Harm other users or providers.
  • Damage the reputation of EZZYPARK or EZZYTech IT Solutions.

19. Governing Law

Applicable Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.

Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the appropriate courts of the Republic of the Philippines.

20. Changes to These Terms

Updates

We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in our services, technology, legal requirements, or business operations.

Updated Terms become effective upon publication on EZZYPARK.

Continued use of the Platform after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
